FAQ 


Update Music Library: 

An update of the Music Library is necessary after the addition or deletion 
of music files. 

   1. Turn ON the miniPlayer 
   2. Press Menu -> Music -> Update Music Library -> OK. 

Reset the Player: 

Press and hold the Enter button for about 10 seconds or until screen 
flashes. miniPlayer will shut down automatically. You can proceed to turn 
the player on again. 



Perform a Hard Reset: 

Press and hold the ON/OFF and the ¡°>>|¡± buttons together and until 
player turns OFF itself. All data will be lost. 



Perform a Memory Cleanup: 

Press and hold the ON/OFF and the ¡°|<<¡± buttons together and until 
player turns OFF itself. You will need to load firmware files before this. 




Connect miniPlayer to Computer: 

If you want to transfer files or update firmware, turn on the Miniplayer 
first, then connect the mini USB plug into the player and normal USB 
connector into an available port in your computer. If player is off while 
connected, it will only charge the battery. 



Change System Language: 

   1. Turn on the player. 
   2. Click on Menu button to enter the main menu. 
   3. Select 9th option. 
   4. Select 7th option. 
   5. Select the language you want to use. 

Understand the Serial Number: 

Here is a common SN for miniPlayer: MNT102GFHAVEY0489 

       MN: miniPlayer 
       T1: Hardware version (TP) 
       02G: Memory size (2GB) 
       F: Year 
       H: Month 
       A: Date 
       VEY: Random code 
       0489: Serial Number for specific date 

Use an OEM USB charger with my Miniplayer? 

Yes you can, since USB has a standard voltage (5V), you can use any any 
USB standards complaint charger. 



Replace the Internal Battery: 

No, you can't, this will void your warranty. You can send miniPlayer to 
your seller in case battery is not working properly granted that you are 
not misusing your player.

               Problem with miniplayer : 

miniPlayer Cannot Play MP3 Files? 

Be sure files are not damaged, if files are fine, your miniPlayer may have 
the US version of firmware installed (no mp3 playback due to licensing 
problems), update your player with latest firmware version. 



miniPlayer is Frozen Or Non Responsive, White Screen of Death: 

Try to fix it in this order: 

  1. Reset. 
  2. Hard Reset. 
  3. Memory Cleanup. 

miniPlayer's Screen Is Black, But You Can Hear Clicks When 
Moving Your Finger Over the Touch Pad: 

Hearing the click means your miniPlayer is working, you must try a Reset 
or in worst cases a Hard Reset to get it working again.
